Il laboratorio è il primo passo, fondamentale, per passare da viaggiatori ad abitanti del labirinto dei sensi (attori/abitanti di un eventuale percorso sensoriale interattivo). La possibilità di partecipare all'allestimento di un percorso di teatro sensoriale interattivo è la tappa decisiva per afferrare il senso del lavoro proposto. Elemento guida di questo metodo teatrale è la ricerca della leggerezza, intesa come massima espressione di profondità, per creare un teatro vivo dove le emozioni si avvertono prima di tutto attraverso i cinque sensi: tatto, olfatto, udito, vista, gusto.
Il lavoro proposto durante il workshop prevede un primo approccio a questo metodo teatrale attraverso giochi ed esercizi sensoriali utili ad una prima esplorazione della memoria individuale, oltre che uno stimolo per l'immaginazione e la creatività, fonti di espressione e creazione sia corporea che drammaturgica e di composizione poetica di uno spazio. Il teatro sensoriale è un teatro pluridisciplinare, ogni attore/abitante è anche creatore della propria stanza in una drammaturgia comune di gruppo. Per questi motivi il workshop è aperto a tutti: attori e non, musicisti, scenografi, artigiani e artisti in genere, anche a coloro che non hanno mai avuto a che fare con l'arte, ma vogliono cominciare.
